County of Vernon
Perosnally appeared John Goodge of Nevada P.O. County of Vernon State of Misourri who being duly sworn upon their oath declares as follows: I know Mary Bryan of Fayette Co Penn and know that she is the widow James Bryan deceased. I know that said Mary Bryan was legally married to said James Bryan, deceased, I think in the year 1821. I was present at the marriage ceremony, and know that Mary Bryan and James Bryan lived together as man and wife until 1866 or 1866 and we further say that his knowlege of the facts obtained from the following sources viz: personal observation and that he has no interest or concern in this matter.
