Perosnally appeared Alex Kimmel (and) John R. Smith of Dawson Borough P.O. County of Fayette State of Pennsylvania who being duly sworn upon their oath declares as follows: We are well acquainted with Mary Bryan widow of James Bryan Decd and know that she is the widow of James Bryan decd and has not _____ _____ his death and that James Bryan died in the year 1868 Nov. 11th and we further say that our knowlede of the facts obtained from the following sources viz: living in the same neighborhood for the last fifteen years and that we have no interest or concern in this matter.
Note: Their Affidavit from November 11 and 13th, 1878 said exactly the same thing.
